Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our websites, Apps and social media sites, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

• destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed for its purpose of collection.

• However, the accuracy of personal information depends largely on the information you provide to us, so we recommend that you:

  • let us know if there are any errors in your personal information; and

  • keep us up-to-date with changes to your personal information (such as your email address). If you are a registered member of our website and app, this can be done in the your profile section.

Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account profile settings section. • The right of rectification. You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.

• The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.

• The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

• The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where The Hockey Farm relied on your consent to process your personal information.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Any data interaction we have with anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”), must be done with the full consent of their parent or guardian.
